FONDATION SUISA and Swiss Music Export invite you to the Swiss Business Mixer, Switzerland's networking event of MaMA 2013 at L'Index (42 rue Lepic, next to Galerie W) on Thursday, 17 October 2013 from 11:30 to 13:30.

Access by registration only. Please notice that the registrations for international delegates are closed. The Swiss Business Mixer is open to all Swiss  professional delegates registered at MaMA 2013. The participation is free of charge.

The FONDATION SUISA is funded by an annual allocation corresponding to 2.5% of SUISA's domestic performance and broadcasting revenues in Switzerland and the Duchy of Liechtenstein.

Since 1989 the FONDATION SUISA has been encouraging and promoting all genres of Swiss music by supporting the projects of Swiss composers as well as publishers who encourage the creative work of Swiss composers. It also edits and publishes anthologies of all kinds of recorded music to guarantee the most comprehensive choice possible of Swiss music. Its activities also include campaigns that promote Swiss music in Switzerland and abroad, e.g. by organising appearances at trade fairs.

Since 2003, SME has been promoting Swiss artists and bands producing anything that can be construed as “pop” music and trying to make it outside Switzerland.SME focuses on artists with a realistic chance on their target market, mainly in Europe, and particularly in its German- and French-speaking regions.SME is a joint venture of Pro Helvetia, the Foundation of the Swiss Phonogram Producers, the Fondation SUISA, the CMA Foundation, the Migros Culture Percentage and the Swiss Performers Foundation, and enjoys the support of other partners on an ad-hoc basis.SME collaborates closely with its partners and encourages networking.
