Pascal Auclair is 49 years old. Initially studying social sciences, and then communications and management, he worked for 20 years as an artistic agent,  an administrator of cultural productions and a coach for artists in several companies... He participated in the creation, the implementation and the management of private and public cultural events such as the Caberet Frappé and the Festival Jour & Nuit in Grenoble.
Entrepreneur and community activist, he is the president of Soyouz [modern folklore], an international musical discovery firm and european distributer. He is a lecturer at the University (Political Science of Grenoble...) as well as for professional structures in training.
He is co-CEO of the SA coopérative Genèse (Responsible Savings and investment).
Founder of MixLab, an association chosen for the management of La Belle Electrique, a venue for amplified music In Grenoble ; He is in charge of the mission for responsible and social economics. He has also hosted the economic, social and cultural cluster called RéFLEX established in the  Berriat / Bouchayer-Viallet neighborhoods in Grenoble.
Since 2012, he created Fusées, and offers territorial diagnostics, oversees directorial missions, as well as counsel and project support.
