Virginie Berger is the founder of DBTH, the leading creative and business development agency for international brands entering France/Europe. Previously, she was the former marketing director for Myspace, also worked for NRJ (radio station), Omnicom, Canal + and MSN.  The company also supports structures in their international development as the Agency is specialised on the emerging territories (Middle East, West Africa, South America). DBTH also offers policy and industry leadership across the creative, cultural and digital economy. Through strategy and partnership, the company positions creativity and digital culture as key tools for economic and social development.
The Agency also provides services as label management to artists ”entrepreneurs” and to their professional network (manager, producer, label, distributor). It means DBTH supply independent artists with distribution, marketing, promotion, management and publicity.
Virginie Berger is also involved with The European Union, EUNIC and the Bristish Council, in order to provide digital knowledge and resources to help creative people and organizations leverage digital, mobile, media and technology in the emerging territories.
In 2009, she also founded Don't believe the Hype, a website (, specialized in music marketing. She is also the host of radio show «On refait la musique» (“Music re-loaded”) on Radio Neo since 2011.
